The Backstory

Dr. Jerry Galloway promised his family he would write a letter each week. He shared the "good, bad, and ugly" as Jerry wanted to share the successes and failures. I received over 1,200 letters that he wrote. After reading them, I knew I must share this remarkable story.

I have communicated with many who knew Dr. Jerry in the Peace Corps, CICM, and worked with him in the Congo. Their correspondence and endorsements confirm Jerry's legacy.
